I've been helping customers in the auto industry for the last 19 years, joining Serra in 2003. Putting myself in the customer's place is very important to me. I have 4 daughters, 4 grandkids, and my wife is also a sales consultant at the dealership.

We were looking for a clean, low mileage and low priced truck with clean history and title. We searched the interweb and found five candidates. One Saturday we drove over two hours to look at said candidates. We did not contact any dealerships, just wanted to look. Well, two were sold and two were made to look good in pictures. Getting late, heading home we thought about the last candidate. We planned out the trip going to the furthest, then working our way back. That plan somewhat worked. It was a little passed 6PM and pulled onto the last lot. Dealership closed, with only a couple people walking on the lot. Looked to be salespeople or associates leaving for the day. We drove the lot and did not see the truck in front or either side. We thought ok it was sold, then went out back and "save the best for last" is what we found at Serra Chevrolet Auto. We immediately emailed the dealership. Monday morning we received an email from Adam. He was great and very respectful to all my inquiries about the vehicle. He knew the history of the vehicle and even some profile information of the previous owner. We scheduled to meet and purchase the truck the following Saturday. Again, saving the best for last really paid off this time. Definitely recommend Adam Dungan with Serra Chevrolet Auto!

Adam was very nice, polite. I will tell everyone to steer clear of Serra as I found that you painted over a great deal of rust on the rockers and the wheel wells. Pretty sad. I am 66 and never been taken for a ride like this before. I was not suspicious enough given what a good person I thought Adam was. Your dealership name Serra, is a good ownership brand, but what you did to hide this rust on the truck is devious.
