I have sold Chevys for 33 years, providing an honest and straightforward service to every customer. Being a GM Legion of Leaders is one of my many accomplishments and certifications. I grew up in Akron, OH, and am a graduate of the University of Akron. Golf, basketball, and traveling are some of my favorite pastimes. I have traveled to all parts of the US. I’m proud of the great reputation I have built at the Serra dealership, based on excellent service and true professionalism!

I have never had an experience like this with any other salesperson. Bill went well beyond anything I've ever experienced before. He was able to arrange a weekend test drive for me at no cost, no deposit and a full tank of gas. He treated me very respectfully and listened to all my questions and was able to provide all the feedback I needed to make this purchase a pleasant experience. My other vehicle purchases resulted in me spending many hours at the dealership, jumping through all the hoops and waiting to meet with the next person in the process. This transaction was not like this at all. It went so smoothly. Bill was willing to spend as much time with me as I needed. I hope to do business with Bill again in the future. Thanks for everything.
