I had an unexpected problem with my truck’s electrical system. They got me in the same day and got it fixed. Justin always treats me well and takes care of things. I can’t say enough about Serra Chevy taking good care of my vehicles. My 24 Colorado has had at least 11 problems so far, some serious. I think GM needs to step it up. After the warranty period, I may need to trade this truck in as I don’t want high repair bills along with a payment. The new truck will most likely be from another manufacturer as I feel GM had dropped the ball.

He is always friendly and outgoing. Only two service advisors I like working with and justin is my top 1. He always makes sure everything is handled correctly and that I have a total understanding of what was done. 10/10 would recommend working with him

all went very well. no issues with Justin. however i had to make two trips to have the repair done to my car. they had to order the part for the repair, but the wrong part was sent. had to make a second appointment to have correct part installed.
