Hello! Seth Uhl here, a service advisor who grew up in Akron, OH, and an attendee of Portage Lake Career Center for Automotive Technology. My professional certifications include CPR and eight entry-level ASE certifications. I joined the Serra Auto Park Akron dealership in April 2022 and have built a reputation for being efficient, reliable, and easy-going; getting along with everyone is what I’m known for amongst customers, colleagues, and management. I’m genuinely proud of the quality of work we perform for the Serra team. Customers can rely on me to remain focused and to hear everything they say. Making each guest smile is what I’m always about; they can depend on me for my unique skills, such as being personable, car knowledge, and mechanical skills. I’m a super fan of music. In my free time, you can catch me taking on video games, music, and anything related to cars.

My experience was fine but I came in to get door protection repaired and they changed my oil and rotated my tires. When they told me it was ready and what was done I let them know what I needed done. I had set up the appointment to replace door trim protection so I assumed they knew. They apologized and replaced the door protection and sent me on my way. I had my oil changed a few weeks prior. It was fine but my first experience there.
